Marriages
Your wedding day is special to you and to the Kent Registration
Service and you will have a "Simply Perfect Kentish Wedding"
ceremony. This is a special wedding ceremony provided by the County
Council at ceremony venues that it provides or licences. These
include stately homes, castles, country hotels, restaurants, civic
halls and garden gazebos.
There
are two "Simply Perfect" ceremony packs covering ceremonies
at county council owned ceremony venues and
ceremonies at other licensed ceremony venues.
These packs are not available prior to booking a ceremony but
will normally be issued at the Notice of Marriage appointment.
Both
packs provide a framework for you to personalise your ceremony
to include a choice of marriage vows.
You
can also opt for the inclusion of poetry, prose or personal
message of celebration, music of your choice and the involvement
of family and friends.
You
may want your wedding to be traditional or perhaps a less formal
occasion or you may wish to consider a 'theme wedding'.
A
"Simply Perfect Kentish Wedding" is about choice -
your choice - and is unique to Kent. |
